The required poster size is DIN A0 (841mm x 1189mm) in portrait format. The posters need to be printed by the author, as we do not provide an on-site printing service.
Your poster ID as well as the session in which you will be presenting your poster will be sent to you via email during May. Please remember to put up and take down your posters independently on the day of your presentation.
Please prepare your presentation as a 16:9 PowerPoint presentation. You can upload your presentation at our media centre on-site. Our team will guide you through the process. On special request the use of your on device may be possible after consulting our staff.
Every lecture hall will have a lecturn, microphone and a pointer for you to use. We have technical support staff in every room, in case of technical difficulties.
Please prepare your presentation in such a way that the speaking times provided for this purpose, which can be found in the detailed program, are adhered to. The chairpersons are requested to intervene in case of time overruns. The following speaking times are scheduled in the scientific program:
